SOCOTEC Netherlands conducted the first inspection 15 years ago and drew up a multi-year maintenance plan. This inspection is repeated every three years. Recently (end of 2022) another inspection took place.

Project details
Once every three years this inspection is carried out again. Here we look at whether there are any defects, as well as the technical condition of the building. We then adjust this in the existing plan.
Sometimes we also receive change lists from the technical managers. Like two years ago, the entire Province House went gas-free. Here we get insight into what installations have been removed and added. We then update this as well in our plan.
By periodically checking these systems and maintaining the maintenance plan, our client never faces any surprises. They have continuous insight into the condition of the systems and when specific parts need to be renewed or replaced. In addition, our maintenance plan provides insight into expected maintenance costs.
