Project summary

On the site of the former shoe machine factory, an upscale residential project is being created in the course of redevelopment, sustainable reuse of existing buildings and urban redensification, representing an exciting symbiosis of historic industrial building and modern architecture. A total of 68 condominiums are planned. In the Loft House, the factory building that has been preserved in its core, 19 units will be created. It will be complemented by a second, new residential building, the Urban House, with 49 residential units with two to five rooms.

The high-quality Factory Suites buildings will be integrated into the 13,000 square meter site as a self-contained unit with an inner courtyard and private gardens. The underground parking garage shared by the two residential buildings will be partially equipped with e-charging stations.

The Factory Suites in the former shoe machine factory in Frankfurt are currently in the shell construction phase.
