SOCOTEC UK has announced the rebrand of Base Quantum, as SOCOTEC Advisory Ltd.
With a turnover of £160m and almost 2000 employees, the UK is the second most important geographical platform in the SOCOTEC Group after France.
Acquired by SOCOTEC earlier this year, SOCOTEC Advisory is dedicated to the provision of Quantity Surveying services in relation to the pre and post-contract commercial management of construction and infrastructure projects. Its Expert Witness services involve the evaluation of change, loss, damages and risks (such as delays and costs) in disputes and litigation in relation to a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects across the globe.
Comprising quantum experts, quantity surveyors, commercial and technical experts, risk analysts and construction economists, SOCOTEC Advisory naturally reinforces SOCOTEC's value proposition in the UK, extending its offering of high value-added services.
