In the context of the large-scale project “Stuttgart 21”, ZPP has been commissioned to review the design, the management and handling of plans, and the positioning in authorized approval of building documents from a client perspective.
ZPP was tasked to verify execution plans, which includes checking conformity to regulations, that interfaces with other trades and award units are well taken into account, and that the planning permission is adequately processed.
Moreover, on behalf of the federal railway authority, ZPP has provided a specific person the authorization to present building documents. The person thus authorised gives the final approval for construction.
ZPP developed INTERPROJECT, a project information and management system that helped process and handle key documents. Besides the coordination, the service includes schedule monitoring and transport of documents to be checked by DB Netz AG and the third-party structural verification engineers.
