New York's Penn District is undergoing comprehensive revitalization to transform this major commercial and transportation hub. The initiative includes modernizing PENN 1, PENN 2, and surrounding public areas with significant tower upgrades and street-level improvements.
PENN 2 required complete renovation of its façade, mechanical systems, and interiors while maintaining continuous operations—balancing safety, logistics, and occupant protection.

- Full modernization of a 57-story office tower.
- Expansion of a 31-story tower by eight floors.
