PROJECT SUMMARY

SOCOTEC, the leader in risk management and certification throughout the lifecycle of buildings, undertook a LEED pre-check to determine the LEED certification level that could be achieved for the Deutsche Bank Campus in Frankfurt, Germany.

PROJECT DETAILS

The Deutsche Bank Campus is a seven story office building that is made up of four wings, each with partial terraces that overlook a glass-covered atrium.

SOCOTEC delivered a list of specifications that defined the measures and tasks that must be completed to provide proof for certification. Realized on-site, this pre-check was organised at the project-team level. SOCOTEC was responsible for compiling all necessary documentary proof and documents corresponding to LEED certification requirements, preparing them for submission and delivering the final dossier to the certification office.

In February 2014, the Deutsche Bank Campus was awarded US Green Building Council certification in Gold.
