At Socotec we serve professional clients from a wide range of sectors including construction, real estate, industry, health and services and have structured the Group's development around eight distinctive yet complementary business units: Construction, Real estate management, Facilities management, Health-Safety-Environment, Industrial Projects, Consulting, Training and Certification.
The role of these business units is to contribute to our clients' satisfaction by offering them a comprehensive response to the challenges they face regarding risk management through all-round expertise and competence.
A compter du 1er avril 2012, Thierry Schindelé, précédemment directeur financier adjoint, est nommé Directeur financier du Groupe Socotec et devient membre du Directoire à cette même date.
Socotec, prestataire global de services en maîtrise des risques, vient d’acquérir la majorité du capital de SOPHIA Audit SA, entreprise belge fondée en 1984 sous le nom d’AME (Audit Maintenance Energie). Son fondateur conserve une partie du capital. SOPHIA Audit a réalisé en 2010 un CA d’1M€ et emploie une dizaine de collaborateurs.
A travers sa branche Projets Industriels, portée notamment par ses filiales Socotec Nucléaire, CTE NordTest, Contrôles Industriels Cherbourgeois et Atlantique Qualité, le groupe Socotec a développé une offre spécifique pour accompagner les industriels de l’énergie nucléaire.
